“The Kyiv regime, in violation of the Russian-American agreement to halt attacks on energy infrastructure for 30 days starting March 18, continues its unilateral daily attacks on Russian energy facilities,” Russian authorities said.

In Rostov, two electric facilities affiliated with the main national operator, Rosseti, were attacked by drones, causing one of them to be disconnected and leaving about a thousand people without electricity.

In the Voronezh region, a drone damaged several high-voltage power lines, affecting access to electricity for residents of a locality located 200 kilometers from the regional capital. An unmanned aerial vehicle also struck an electrical substation in the Kherson region.

Artillery strikes on several electrical substations in the city of Donetsk left the regional water distribution company, Voda Donbassa, without power. The Russian command accused Ukraine of attacking an electrical substation today in the border region of Bryansk. Russia also reported the downing of 19 drones over the Krasnodar and Bryansk regions, as well as over the Crimean Peninsula.

Previously, on Sunday, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that its troops had taken control of the village of Basovka in Ukraine’s Sumy region during ongoing offensive operations.

Russian forces also struck Ukrainian mechanized, tank, and airborne assault brigades, as well as a territorial defense unit, near the towns of Gornal, Guevo, and Oleshnya in the Kursk region.

The operations targeted Ukrainian personnel and military equipment in multiple locations, including Gornal, Guevo, and Oleshnya in the Kursk region, as well as Basovka and other settlements in the Sumy region. Russian troops destroyed two armored fighting vehicles, 12 vehicles, three drone command posts, and an ammunition depot in these operations.
